We drop off orders from Monday - Friday at the post office.
Delivery time is applied after processing time ( production time, Quality Control ).
Order processing time may affected by the stock status of each product, time of the year and holidays.
If the payment is pending or note clear, we will not ship your order out until the payment goes through.
you and Me Stickers is not responsible if the package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address. If the package is returned due to this matter, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee and also $5 restocking fee.

Once the tracking is marked as shipped, we have no control over your order. USPS handles the process after all orders are shipped.
If the tracking shows " delivered" and you haven't received it, please give 7-14 days. The package usually shows up after a few days.
If you still haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact your local post office and file a claim and request the location of your order (GPS).
